The NextGen 6771 is a directional Medium range antenna designed to be used outdoors and compact enough to fit into attics in most cases and is pleasing to the eye.
It has an performance range of up to 60 miles in one direction and can receive both VHF and UHF signals at roughly 45 degrees wide, thus eliminating the need for a rotor in most cases. (location dependent)
With this antenna, you will be able to tune into channels Fox 2 to CBS 62 and everything in between reliably in Essex County (from the same direction)
